Guardians of Governance is a premier Model United Nations conference where diplomacy intersects with digital transformation. In an era defined by artificial intelligence, cybersecurity challenges, and digital revolutions, governance stands at a turning point. Over two days, delegates will negotiate, strategize, and draft policies addressing some of the most pressing global challenges of our time. Registration includes Participation Certificate, Delegate Kit & Access to All Sessions.
Register as DelegateRules & Regulations
- Open to students from recognized institutions. Delegates must carry valid ID on both days.
- Formal Western or Indian Formals only (blazer/suit/saree/formal attire). No casual wear.
- Delegates must attend all committee sessions. Absence without prior notice may affect awards consideration.
- Respect towards Executive Board and fellow delegates is mandatory. No personal attacks or discriminatory remarks. Harassment of any kind will result in disqualification.
- Position papers must be original. AI-generated content without modification is discouraged. Direct copying leads to penalty or disqualification.
- Laptops allowed (except during specific moderated caucus if EB restricts). Mobile phones not allowed.

Dress Code & Etiquette
- Formal Western or Indian Formals: Suit, blazer, saree, or formal attire.
- No casual wear (jeans, sneakers, hoodies not allowed).
- Maintain decorum throughout committee sessions.
- Address delegates by their country names, not personal names.
- Raise placards for procedural actions.
Disqualification Grounds
- Personal insults
- Discriminatory remarks
- Physical misconduct
- Plagiarized position paper
- Repeated procedural disruption
Judging Criteria — Standard Committees
- Research & Content (20%) — Depth of knowledge, understanding of country policy, use of facts, data & treaties.
- Diplomacy & Negotiation (20%) — Coalition building, respectful engagement, ability to influence others.
- Speaking & Delivery (20%) — Clarity, confidence, time management, logical argument flow.
- Committee Contribution (20%) — Active participation, draft resolution drafting, meaningful amendments.
- Conduct & Professionalism (20%) — Respect towards EB and delegates, adherence to procedure, proper decorum.
